History:
Einar Luterkort was a Swedish sculptor, painter, and ceramicist. He studied at the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm from 1926 to 1929, at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris in 1929, the Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome in 1930, and the Akademie der Künste in Munich later that same year. From 1929 to 1932 he worked as an artistic collaborator at Upsala-Ekeby, and from 1930 to 1971 he taught ceramics at the Viggbyholm School.
