History:
First designed in 1966, Ettore Sottsass’s Superbox series consisted of storage cabinets placed on a pedestal, resembling a totum. A new plastic laminate was used, which were made by Abet Laminati. The Superbox series were the first pieces in which Sotssass used the laminate.
