Nanda Vigo (1936–2020) was an influential Italian architect and designer whose work is distinguished by its integration of art, architecture, and design. Known for her avant-garde approach, she frequently explored the interaction between light and space. Vigo's most celebrated works include the "Chronotopic" system, an experimental blend of light, mirrors, and glass, and her iconic "Golden Gate" lamp, which embodies her fascination with creating immersive, experiential environments. Her designs continue to be revered for their innovative use of materials and conceptual depth.
